When Should You Order Corporate Christmas Hampers?
The real timeline for a corporate Christmas campaign: when to start based on your team size, how much time customisation requires, and what happens if you leave it until November.

The Short Rule: Sooner Than You Think
Corporate Christmas decisions are made well before December. Large campaigns are finalised from the summer, with most purchasing decisions concentrated in September and October. The later you leave it, the less flexibility you have in two important areas: customisation and stock of the most popular products.
The good news: since you don't have to decide what goes inside each box, the preliminary work is reduced to setting a budget and listing your team. This allows for a much quicker launch than with a supplier of pre-set hampers.
Recommended Timeline
| When | What Should Be Done |
|---|---|
| July - August | Large campaigns (hundreds or thousands of people) and projects with customised boxes or portals |
| September | Budget approved and supplier chosen; ideal time to finalise the campaign |
| October | Campaign configured and link sent to the team to start choosing |
| November | Selections finalised and reminders sent to those who haven't chosen; boxes prepared |
| December | Deliveries. Starting here is possible, but limits customisation and timelines |
Indicative timeline. If your target date is different, we plan the campaign backwards from it.
What If It's Already November?
It's possible. A standard campaign can be set up in hours, and the time we need is for preparation and delivery, not deciding contents. What is off the table at this stage is personalised production. Write to us with your target date, and we'll honestly tell you what can be achieved and what can't.
Frequently asked questions
What is the deadline to have the boxes before Christmas?
It depends on the volume, destination, and whether there is customisation. Tell us your target date, and we'll plan backwards: we'd rather tell you we can't meet the deadline than let you down.
How much time does box customisation require?
Personalised production requires additional time over a standard campaign (design, testing, and printing). It's the first thing to finalise.
How long does it take for the team to choose?
It's common to allow a two or three-week selection window, with automatic reminders for those who haven't chosen yet.
